ABOUT BLUE SIGHT
We love games.
We know how to make them.
Blue Sight creates original games and brings design, development, QA and production expertise to client projects. Our curiosity for games is matched by a clear view of what it takes to deliver them.
MEET THE TEAM
The people behind the work
We love games, trust each other and make room for ideas, including the unexpected ones. Blue Sight is a close-knit team where people share what they know, help when someone is stretched and have the freedom to grow. We have fun, work hard and take pride in delivering together.

Aiden Darlow
CEO
Aiden leads the team with a strategist’s eye for opportunity and a designer’s understanding of play. His business and QA experience turns ambition into clear priorities, in a studio where fun and hard work go together.
What I bring into focus:
Finding opportunities, setting direction and prioritising quality.

Graham Stewart
Creative Director
Graham is Blue Sight’s development penknife: design, code, sculpting and animation, with 20 years of experience. Give him an unusual mechanic or a knotty problem and he’ll get stuck in. Paperwork is less his thing.
What I bring into focus: A development penknife for problems that need an unexpected solution.

Rachel Scrivens
Associate Producer
Rachel combines concept art, design and QA with exceptional organisation. She remembers where everything lives, supports the people around her and gives creative projects the stability they need to keep moving.
What I bring into focus: Creative ideas backed by organisation the whole team can rely on.

Kelton Morgan
Game Designer
Kelton builds better levels by testing ideas early, learning quickly and reflecting on feedback.
He connects design and QA, working across disciplines to turn each iteration into a stronger player experience.
What I bring into focus:
Test early, learn together and make the next version better.

Alex Wicks
Environment Artist
Alex brings worlds to life through 3D assets, textures and materials. He contributes fresh ideas, experiments with techniques such as photogrammetry and continually develops his craft, with room at Blue Sight to put it into practice.
What I bring into focus: Fresh visual ideas, stronger craft and worlds with character.

Justin Stevenson
Level Designer
Justin designs for player freedom and isn’t shy about pitching an unconventional idea. Blue Sight gives those ideas a hearing; he brings quick responses to design and QA challenges and helps teammates keep moving.
What I bring into focus:
Giving bold ideas a chance and keeping the team moving.

Kate Baucherel
Chair and CFO
Kate keeps the numbers healthy and strategy on track. A Fellow of CIMA (FCMA) and Member of BCS (MBCS), she links 30-plus years in finance and 15+ years in technology with a surprise creative streak as a scifi author.
What I bring into focus: Financial rigour and strategic direction that support creative ambition.

Dave Sharp
Commercial Development
Dave has 30 years experience within software development covering a multitude of sectors and applications – including more than a decade at the highest levels of game development.
What I bring into focus: A pragmatic approach to the games industry and all its highs and lows.

Every project benefits from people who understand the craft of games and the decisions required to deliver them.
